Our factory assessment process involves evaluating their product range, product quality, production capacity, infrastructure, financial stability, technological capabilities, workforce, working conditions, managerial proficiency, and overall quality policies.

Crafting Success With Dedicated Teams
Effective merchandising serves as the cornerstone for the successful fulfillment of our customers' requests. Each customer is assigned to a dedicated business team entrusted with the responsibility of comprehensively grasping and executing the customer's specific requirements in close collaboration with our partner factories. This business team functions as the primary point of contact for the customer, and its key members frequently visit to the customer to enhance their understanding of the customer's needs and market dynamics.
Our team of merchandisers comprises qualified professionals, with most of them having valuable hands-on experience on manufacturing factories that allows them to understand both customer demands and the capabilities-limitations of those factories. Beyond facilitating seamless communication and diligent follow-up, our merchandisers actively contributes to enhancing the final product, ensuring its marketability and success at the point of sale.
Quality
QA and QC: Ensuring Quality at Every Production Stage
The procedure for delivering a high-quality product to our customers is segmented into two essential areas.

Prevention:
The preventive aspect is overseen by our Quality Assurance (QA) team, which, in consultation with our clients, establishes quality standards and oversees all aspects of pre-production work, including fitting and styling details. This prevention component is further supported by our lab testing partners, which ensure that the necessary testing protocols are rigorously conducted before the beginning of the production process. -
Control:
The control aspect is managed by our Quality Control (QC) team, which guarantees adherence to the product standards established by our customers, throughout the production process. They ensure that the final products meet the precise specifications outlined by our customers. The QC service is carried out before the bulk fabric cutting stage and encompasses the following elements.- Status reporting of fabric and essential accessory arrivals.
- Visual inspection of fabrics, including weight (gsm), color, and tactile qualities.
- Projection of production timelines, covering start dates, allocated capacity, daily output targets, and completion dates.
- Consultation with production supervisors to assess the feasibility of the style in alignment with the approved samples.
Inspection Categories
Our Quality Control (QC) team typically conducts inspections in four stages, adhering to MIL-STD-105E, in conjunction with AATC, ASTM, and ISO codes and standards. The inspection levels for the four pre-shipment inspections are as follows:
- Pre-Production Check (PPC)
- Initial Production Check (IPC) - Single Sampling Plan General Level I
- During Production Check (DUPRO) - Single Sampling Plan General Level I
- Final Random Inspection (FRI) - Single Sampling Plan General Level II

Furthermore, it's worth noting that we are more than willing to collaborate with any designated freight forwarder chosen by our buyer. Our dedicated logistics team diligently coordinates with both the chosen freight forwarders and the factory to ensure the smooth delivery of goods.
Our logistics team also takes responsibility for timely dispatching all essential export documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, Form-A, and certificates of origin to our clients.
